2027 TICKETS ON SALE NOW
ACCESSIBILITY
At Quick Panda Productions and RATTLER FEST, we believe our events should be accessible for everyone to enjoy.
For our 2027 season, we are thrilled to partner with Nimbus Disability, a leading UK authority on accessible ticketing. We will be using their Access Card Scheme to ensure we can provide our disabled customers with the correct reasonable adjustments, a smoother booking experience, and a consistent standard of support.
As much as we’d like to, we can’t control the Cornish weather! Please bear in mind that Rattler Fest takes place on an agricultural farm. Should it rain, the festival grounds may become muddy and there are not always solid pathways.
Applications for 2027 accessibility provisions will open in November. Please read below to understand our system and how to apply.
VALIDATING YOUR ACCESS NEEDS
To ensure everyone gets the right support and to prevent misuse of our accessible facilities, all guests requiring access provisions (such as an Essential Companion ticket or accessible camping) must have their requirements validated by Nimbus Disability.
Nimbus will review your supporting evidence and allocate specific symbols to your profile that represent the barriers you face. You have two options:
Rattler Fest / Quick Panda Productions Digital Access Pass (FREE): A free application specific to our events. Once approved, this pass is valid for 3 years across all Quick Panda Productions events.
The Access Card (£15.00): If you prefer, you can upgrade to a physical Nimbus Access Card. This costs £15, is valid for 3 years, and can be used at thousands of venues, events, and attractions throughout the UK.
For help and support with your application, please visit the Nimbus Access Card Support Page.
There will also be the option to upgrade to an Access Card for £15.00 which you can use at other venues, events, attractions throughout the UK. Validating this way ensures everyone gets the right support while preventing any misuse.

ACCESS FACILITIES & INFORMATION
We always aim to implement the most appropriate adjustments to make the festival accessible to all. We tend to find that wheelchair users or physically disabled customers like to watch the performances from one of the side of our stages due to there being a bit more space and away from the audience. If the ground is wet, it may be difficult for wheelchair users to navigate the arena.
For people with limited mobility or struggle with distance then we do offer walking routes that is shortest from the accessible camping to the main arena of no more than 60m. These tracks are generally hardstanding and could become uneven and difficult if wet. There are always places to sit and relax around the bars and traders, but you are also welcome to bring you own chair with you if require taking breaks in-between walking.
If you may have a hidden impairment and need urgent access to facilities we always have accessible toilets located alongside every main bank of toilets in the festival arena and all camping sites. If you are uncertain where the nearest toilet block is when you arrive then please chat to any of our steward team for directions.
We recognise that you may need to bring an Essential Companion for whatever reason and that you will require an additional ticket for this support. If you have a +1 on your access card, you can receive 1 x additional festival entry ticket free of charge to help you.
You will need to apply for this using our accessibility form after you have purchased all other tickets required.
Please note if you purchase a companion ticket we cannot offer a refund.
All our walking routes are always well lit with bold, easy to read signs, leading from the accessible campsite to the main arena with stewards and security to help guide the way also. We do recognize you may need help, so we also allow you to have an Essential Companion if you have a +1 on your Access Card or Digital Pass.
Please apply for this on the access form once you have purchased all other tickets you require.
We don’t currently have any hearing loops or sign language interpreters on site to help. But there will always be friendly and helpful staff and stewards in all major locations over the site that can help you with information if you are struggling.
All registered assistance/ guide dogs that have been trained by an accredited organisation are welcome to the festival. You must apply in advance to bring your assistance dog.
Onsite at the festival, you will need to be able to provide the relevant paperwork, or your Access Card with the relevant symbol to stewards or security as dogs are not permitted within the event.
The dog must be well behaved, always kept on lead and you need to ensure you clear up after your dog. There is a zero tolerance to any breach of these rules and the dog may be asked to leave the festival if deemed out of control.
